Cake meets Magic – A Grand Sweet Opening to Remember

A spectacular custom made magic show to celebrate the opening of Pfalzgraf’s new production facility in the Black Forest. With illusions, storytelling, dancers in cake costumes, and a giant inflatable cake on stage, the spirit of the Pfalzgraf brand came to life—visually, emotionally, and magically.




1. Background & Occasion
Pfalzgraf, a leading German cake and pastry company, celebrated the grand opening of its new production building in Pfalzgrafenweiler in autumn 2025. The company sought an extraordinary live experience that would emotionally connect with employees, partners, and invited guests.
2. Objectives
• Bring core brand values (family, employees, customers, quality) to life in an engaging and emotional way
• Integrate brand identity, products, and messages into an artistic live performance
• Create a sense of wonder and lasting memories for all attendees
• Make the concept of “The Cake of Life” visible through storytelling and visual magic

• Development of a tailor-made show with a narrative focused on cake and celebration
• Visual translation of the brand into live elements: dancers in custom cake costumes, giant inflatable cake as a stage centerpiece
• Integration of the company’s claim “Die Torte fürs Leben” (“The Cake of Life”) into choreography and illusions
• Magical performance by World Champion Illusionist Julius Frack with interactive elements and a poetic finale (Puzzle of Life illusion)
